
RETURN POLICY
The Harbor Mercantile wants you
to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
our products have failed to meet your expectations, please
call or email us within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA #) and to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
If you have received
damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly
replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you
with a full refund.
We are also happy to accommodate exchanges; however, shipping and handling
charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated
with the return shipment.

You can leave a message any time and we will return your call
as soon as possible.
All returns must be in original
condition, unused and contain all original product packaging and
accessories. Items that have been assembled, painted
or altered in any way from the original condition cannot be accepted
as a return. Additionally, if the product box has been damaged,
or altered
in
any manner,
we will also refuse to accept this as a valid return. Some larger items
may require a restocking fee. Be sure to pack your items carefully
for shipment
so they are not damaged in transit, double boxed and with the RMA# clearly
marked on the outside of your package. We recommend returning your
items via UPS
Ground or insured mail. We also suggest that you keep a copy of the
tracking number
and shipping receipt for your records. HarborMercantile.com is not responsible
for any merchandise lost or damaged en route to us.
A refund will be posted to your
credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally
takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions
to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit.
Please inspect your shipment as
soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment,
you must contact us IMMEDIATELY and
we
will work
to rectify the problem quickly.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At the present time, our inventory
system is not completely automated. It is possible that a product
you order on-line may be on back
order.
If we or our suppliers are out of stock of an item and do not
expect to ship within 12 business days, we will notify you. You
may cancel
your order at anytime prior to shipping, or inquire about your
order status by sending an E-mail.
To keep prices as low as possible,
some products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
Delivery for these items may
take
up to six weeks. You may inquire about product availability or
delivery time by sending an E-mail.
SHIPPING CHARGES
A sales tax of 8.40% is added to
all orders shipped to Washington State addresses. Sales tax will
not be charged on shipments to
gift recipients outside Washington. All domestic orders will be
shipped by ground, unless otherwise specified. UPS and Fed Ex do
not deliver to P.O. boxes.
We offer Priority Mail, Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day delivery
for some items. Please E-mail us for rates. Express shipping and
giftwrapping is not available for large and oversized items, or for
items sent direct from the manufacturer.

At this time we only ship internationally
to Canada for an additional fee, please contact us for rates. Our
prices do not include Canadian duties or Value Added Taxes. If assessed,
these charges are the responsibility of the purchase recipient, who
will be billed by the local customs office.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER.
The charge on your card will appear under the name: The
Harbor Mercantile. Due to increased credit card security procedures,
the billing address you provide us must match the one to which your
credit
card statement
is mailed. We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies
of both the credit card and a Driver's License, or other government identification
with
photographs, for security purposes. All orders must include both
a daytime telephone number and a shipping address that is attended
during the day. Except for documented credit card fraud, the purchaser
is responsible for chargeback fees, and any collection, extra costs,
or legal
expenses resulting from non payment.

When you enter your credit card number
into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an
encrypted (scrambled) form,
then decoded by our payment processor. All online transactions
are handled with the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology. Our payment systems provider's secure systems have
been built according to the strictest bank standards, which include:

You can browse the store without
worrying about revealing any personal information at all. Personal

you are ready to purchase. The only information we collect and
store during normal web site browsing is possibly the web site
(URL) that referred you to us, the pages visited/requested, product
search requests, and date and time of requests. We use this information
to generate statistics and measure site activity in order to
improve the convenience and productivity of your visits. During normal
web site usage, we do not collect or store personal information,
such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number

Our site uses an order form for customers
to order products. We collect visitor's contact information (like

The customer's contact information from the order form is used
